Our reception staff has plenty of tips to enjoy in Osaka and well known around. You can feel free to ask them. They will provide the best information for you.

Do you offer luggage storage?

You can store the luggage before check-in as free service (available from 9:00AM). After check-out also can keep those with an additional charge 500JPY/person. If you need it services please let us know at front desk.

How much does it cost to rent a lock?

If you need it you can ask at front desk. We will rent it for free.

Is it quiet at night?

Yes, here is. Hotel located in a middle of most luxury area in Osaka, but it's one block inside from main boutique avenue. It makes quiet and comfortable night for you.

Can I use my own sleeping bag?

We provided high quality mattress. Please use it while you stay.

Hi, do you provide laundry service?

Regarding of the laundry the guest can use laundromat at communal area.

Hi, may i know if you guys do accept foreign worker from Malaysia to work as part timer at the hostel?

Hi, you can search with "Shinsaibashi Work Space" on the web to find our remote work space page.

Do I need a lock for the lockers?

You don't need it. Our private lockers in the dormitory room has lock each other. That locker provided one for each. You can feel free to use while you stay.

Very pleasant stay. Nice location and calm
The location ! How clean it was ! Washing machine / dryer on site
You have to go to the basement for the showers of the male dormitory (toilets are in the rooms).

I will stay here again. Kazu was a very good host. Good location and safe.
The personal locker is a little small but big enough to fit most items.

Exceptional
Sat and jammed on my last night with the guy that ran it who was playing drums. Two other guys joined us and had a great night, shame I had to leave the next day. Set up was very clever and comfortable, better than a lot of hotels I've stayed in. Uber clean. Great location.
